PICK A PROTEIN/HEALTHY FAT
30g cashews/almonds | 1tbsp chia seeds | 1tbsp nut butter | 1tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds
PICK A VEGGIE
1⁄2 avocado | handful spinach/kale I 2 inches cucumber | handful lettuce/rocket
