Water washes out harmful substances, preventing aging.
6. Water lowers a risk of many diseases
Such as hypertension, bladder conditions and even bowel cancer.
7. Your heart works better
5 glasses of water a day lowers the risk of heart attack by 41%.
8. Your skin becomes soft and clean
Water cleans and moistens the skin.
9. And, of course, you will save a lot of money
